New Build

Usually working from client supplied drawings to produce tapered scheme drawings from which we calculate the U-value to ensure compliance.

At this point we will advise of the pro’s and con’s of different materials.

If required we carry out a site measure to check dimensions and site conditions prior to order placement.

When finalised we supply drawings for comment and approval along with a quotation.

Refurbishment

Our service includes site measures and level surveys, usually in conjunction with the specified membrane manufacturer. Core samples will be taken to ascertain the current build-up.

We will then develop drawings and a specification taking into account any existing problems with the roof.

A level survey allows the existing drainage of a roof to be changed to suit new requirements, or to simply improve existing drainage alleviating standing water whilst improving thermal performance to meet current regulations.

When finalised we supply drawings for comment and approval along with a quotation.
