We were proud to be part of the team that delivered a non-combustible tapered roofing system for the £254 million Beaulieu Park railway station—the first new station on the Great Eastern Main Line in over 100 years. Despite complex roof geometry, drainage challenges, and tight site constraints, we worked closely with the design and site teams to deliver the project on time and on budget. The roof performs exactly as intended—built to last.

A 43,000m2 roof! The existing waterproofing was near the end of its life and a 40mm recovery board was specified to go under the new single ply membrane, giving the existing roof a thermal upgrade and much needed refresh with a new waterproofing system.

This high-profile project was already vastly over budget but needed a bespoke tapered scheme to offer a very high thermal performance, meet the technical criteria, whilst also meeting the syphonic drainage system requirements enabling it to work effectively.

Our team were tasked with designing and supplying a tapered scheme for this complex £168 million pound shopping centre development.

Our team were asked to put forward a tapered scheme for a large block of student accommodation. The design needed to comply with British Standard 6229. Given the specific use and design intentions of the project the insulation requirement needed to be non-combustible.
