We have materials which achieve/are:

  • BRE Green Guide ‘A’ rating
  • Zero ODP
  • <5 GWP
  • 100% recyclable after the useful life of the building

We offer:

  • Pre-cut mitres to minimise waste
  • Waste take back on EPS materials

Compliance

We always aim to ensure our schemes comply to the relevant standards the client and local authority require.

These include:

  • Building regulations Part L1A/B and Part L2A/B
  • BS6229
  • NHBC
  • Specified acoustic performance such as BB93 Acoustic Design of School

U-values and condensation risk analysis are calculated using an approved programme called JPA.
